Of course we do repairs. Our admin department will send you an RMA return procedure for you to send them in, we'll tune them up as best we can.

Yes the box which contains the bag is considered an oversized item, therefore there is a shipping surcharge.

An adapter is sufficient for Europe.

I'm sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately, the BIG WHEEL does not work with the c-stand.
