SHAPE wlb Inc. is committed to guarantee your satisfaction with all of its products. Our commitment to our customers is to offer the best value and quality. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, please notify us.
To promote its products and services on the Internet, SHAPE wlb Inc. uses CusRev to request product reviews from its customers. This tool acts as a data processor solely on behalf of and at the direction of SHAPE wlb. Inc. Your email address and name may be used to help us personalize emails sent to you. SHAPE reserves the right to use any photos including SHAPE products for marketing purposes.
PAYMENT TERMS
SHAPE accepts bank wire transfers, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Sales tax will be charged for all orders sold and shipped within Canada. For international orders, customers are responsible for any duty fees. Please ask us for instructions regarding bank wire transfers by sending an email to [email protected].
ORDER PROCESSING
You may place your order through our online store at www.shapewlb.com or get a customized quote by calling one of our sales representatives at 1-888-968-9810 (Canada/U.S.)
or at 1-450-447-4444 for international calls. You can also email your request at [email protected].
For distributors or resellers, purchase orders, with prior approval from SHAPE, are necessary.
POs with terms are gladly accepted from schools, government agencies and major corporations. A hard copy of your purchase order is required.
Orders must be received by 11 am EST Monday-Friday to be shipped the same day. Some exceptions may apply. If any items are backordered, you will be contacted by a SHAPE representative with an estimated ship out date.
SHIPPING
SHAPE ships worldwide by using FedEx, UPS or TNT Express. SHAPE is not responsible for insurance of packages which are insured up to $100.00 only. We do request that all packages are signed for upon delivery. Free shipping not applicable on dealer accounts
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
SHAPE ships internationally and also has a dealer network in over 20 countries. For international orders, customers are responsible for paying the shipping cost as well as any VAT, duty, taxes or custom fees that your country may charge upon delivery. The rate does vary, so please contact your country about any extra charges you may inquire by purchasing from SHAPE.
RETURNS
Returns must be pre-authorized by submitting a Return Merchandise Authorization form (RMA) before delivery. After submitting the form, a sales representative will contact you by email regarding your return. All returns should be sent to:

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid with the RMA number displayed on the outside of the shipping box along with the number of boxes being shipped back, if applicable.
Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If item is found to be defective, customer will receive a direct exchange, suitable replacement -if item has become discontinued or unavailable- a repair, or in-house credit solely at the discretion of SHAPE. All returns will be credited based on the price paid on the invoice, or current selling price, whichever is lower. All returns must include a copy of the SHAPE invoice, and a letter explaining the reason for return. Special order items such as demos are not returnable. SHAPE is not liable for items damaged in shipping. Please be sure to package all returns well and in their original packaging.

LIFETIME MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
All SHAPE products and accessories are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty solely on CNC machined parts.
