SHAPE Sony A7R III Lightweight Setup Solution, mainly used in smaller productions, is specifically designed for setting the camera at the proper height with respect to the A7R III camera optical center. This compact, lightweight, ergonomic and sturdy camera support is made in Canada and comes with a lifetime warranty on CNC Machined Aluminum parts. SHAPE’s fully adjustable solution enables you to customize your rig by adding several accessories and options for shooting the perfect image on set or on location while comfortably operating the camera for hours on end. You can transform your A7R III mirrorless camera into a capable video shooting system with the SHAPE Cage with 15mm Rod System. This camera mount starts with a form-fitting cage that provides multiple attachment points for accessories,  removable and rotatable top and side handles, and a quick release delta plate system with two 15mm rods for other video making tools. The cage itself retains access to all controls and ports, and prevents the camera from rotating. It offers multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 thread mounting holes for accessories as well as cold shoe mounts. It is easily mounted to tripods and has an HDMI cable protector lock. Additionally, it has a support bracket for the Metabones® Adapter and is compatible with the Sony XLR-K2M audio unit.

SONY A7R III CAGE AND QUICK RELEASE DELTA PLATE SYSTEM

The form-fitting cage provides easy access to all the Sony A7R III camera controls and ports, multiple attachment points for accessories, removable and rotatable top and side handles, and a quick release delta plate system with 15mm rods. The cage is also compatible with a full-sized HDMI cable protector lock to secure the use of your HDMI 4K cable. A removable, height adjustable Metabones® Adapter Support Bracket is integrated in the cage to support the weight and reduce the stress of the camera lens mount. Furthermore, the cage is compatible with the Sony XLR-K2M audio unit, thus providing great sound for your videos. It is equipped with a Metabone® Holder Bracket, and also features an ARRI Standard Rosette that can be mounted in four different locations. Changing the objective or adding a Metabone® Adapter can be done easily while keeping the camera in the cage. The SHAPE Sony A7R III Cage provides a 15mm Rod Base/Clamp on both sides, allowing convenient positioning of the Horizontal 15mm Rods on each side of the cage. The 15mm 18" long rods fit the studio and LWS 15mm rod clamps, enabling you to use available rod mounted accessories. They are machined from hollow aluminum tubes and feature chamfered ends that make it easier to insert into available 15mm rod clamps, even if the rod isn't perfectly aligned or is at a slight angle to the rod clamp.The cage can easily snap in and be quickly removed by pressing the release button on the new SHAPE Quick Release Delta Plate System using standard 15mm rods for quick-release mounting and dismounting of the Sony A7R III camera.

SONY A7R III SHAPE TOP HANDLES

SHAPE created two Top Handles for the A7R III camera cage that provide a comfortable and secure grip for carrying your camera and securing accessories. The Cold Shoe DSLR Handle can quickly be mounted on the cage, and the Push-Button Top Handle provides the space needed for mounting the Sony XRL audio module. The Push-Button Technology enables a 360° rotational axis to set the handles in the best position for your own use and comfort.

SHAPE introduces its new ergonomic and removable DSRL wooden side handles with padded straps, providing a secure and solid grip for handheld shooting. The angle of the handles can be quickly adjusted using the patented SHAPE Mini Push-Buttons located on each handle.

Follow Focus Friction & Gear Clic with Adjustable Marker

The SHAPE Follow Focus Friction & Gear Clic with Adjustable Marker features a reversible gearbox and the unique SHAPE Lever Clamp System to be attached on the 15mm rods. You can quickly mount the SHAPE Follow Focus Friction & Gear Clic on the rods by simply locking the lever. It provides precise focus, quick adjustments and great durability.

4 x 4” Matte Box

The SHAPE 2-Stage 4 x 4" Matte Box fits lenses up to 100mm and uses 15mm LWS rods as well as a swing-away support arm which lets you perform quick lens changes without having to remove the Matte Box from your rods.
