SHAPE 15 mm Rod System

The SHAPE 15 mm Rod System serves as a versatile support for rod-mounted accessories like matte boxes, lens adapters, lens supports, and follow focus mechanisms. Designed to shift added weight from the lens, this system includes a Sliding Rod Bloc and 15 mm aluminum rods with threaded female ends for optional 1/2"-13–threaded extension rods. Attachment and removal are simplified using a 4 mm hex key, while the system offers horizontal bracket adjustments via a small thumb lever along the rods. The aluminum bracket and rods, coupled with stainless steel screws, ensure durability. Furthermore, the SHAPE Sliding Rod Block enables vertical adjustment of 15 mm rods to accommodate various lens and accessory sizes, attaching to supporting rigs/accessories using supplied screws. With a single ratchet knob securing both optional rods, it comes with a pair of 15 mm Female - Female Rods (8") featuring anodized aluminum construction and 1/2"-13 threaded female extremities.
